I love character design and especially love creating something new with my own two hands. Commissions go directly towards helping pay for my schooling and some personal expenses. Listed Below are the Terms of Service that must be agreed upon before commissioning. By commissioning you agree to all of these terms and any violation of these terms will result in consequence.I maintain the right to reject any commission request for any reason I deem.All commissioned pieces will have a signature/watermark that cannot be removed.Editing my work is prohibited.I have the right to document the process and publish the process if I desire.I retain the copyright to my artwork and may use it in a portfolio or artbook.I will do my best to complete commissions in a timely manner, however acknowledgement of the fact that I cannot spend all of my time working on commissions is neccesary. I will keep commissioners up to date on status of their commission, and may give estimated times of completetion, but these times will be estimates only.Commissions are for personal use only and are not to be distributed commercially unless discussed before beginning the commission.Prices listed are base prices and may be subject to change. Any changes will be discussed prior to beginning the commission.Payment will be receieved either in full before beginning the commission or in 2 payments (*depends on type of commission). Do not send payment until asked by myself to do so.For commissions that are more than sketches, payment can be made in two parts. One before beginning and one after the final sketch has been approved, this will be discussed when ordering commissions.Because payments will only be received once a commission is about to be worked on, full refunds are unavailable. Partial refunds may be available in extenuating circumstances but should not be expected. If for some reason you would like to cancel/remove yourself from the commission list, get in contact with me to do so.Any rejected sketch/pose is available for me to work on for personal art or other commissions/YCH/etc.Characters must be owned by the commissioner, from popular media, or commissioner must have explicit permission to commission someone else's character.For digital commissions a full resolution file and a smaller more social media friendly file will be sent upon completion of the work after payment is fully received. Default file type is .jpeg, but if desired a .png file could be sent instead.For traditional commissions, the piece will be shipped to a given address. Once shipped I can provide a receipt and tracking but can not be held responsible for damage that occurs during shipping. Shipping cost will be discussed.Must be 15+ to commission light goreMust be 18+ to commission lewd NSFW and heavy gore.Violation of any of these terms will forfeit any right to a commissioned piece and may result in a blacklist of further commissions or gaining character ownership over any of my designs.My goal is to create satisfying art works and satisfied customers. However I must protect myself as an artist, and ensure that I am being compensated for my work. The TOS are to ensure my safety, and to provide guidance to the best experience for commissioning me. If there are any concerns or questions, please feel free to message me, but I am just one person so patience is appreciated, and sometimes necessary if you wish to gain any meaningful answers.

Here are some examples of NSFW work. You must be 15+ to commission light gore and 18+ to commission any lewd art or intense gore. If I have any doubt of age, I will reject the commission and if I discover someone lying about their age they will be placed on a blacklist and will be unable to receive any work from myself in the future.
